By accessing the matbet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the matbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
matbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the matbet Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register a matbet Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) matbet Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. matbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your matbet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. matbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify matbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
matbet is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You may request closure of your matbet Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
matbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Philippine-based Players:
The minimum deposit amount on matbet is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. matbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your matbet Account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. matbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions on the matbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified in your name. matbet does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
matbet aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. matbet will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to additional review.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all matbet Accounts. These limits are displayed in your Account settings and may vary based on your Account verification level and activity history. matbet reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests.
If you request a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirements on a Bonus Balance, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your Real Money Balance will be returned.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the matbet Platform are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all matbet bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your Account automatically upon expiry. matbet will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide:
matbet reserves the right to update game contribution rates. Current rates are always displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform.
matbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
New matbet Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to Players who have not previously held a matbet Account. Full terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, and eligible games, are published on the Promotions page of the Platform.
All bets placed on the matbet Platform are final once confirmed. matbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
matbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account. matbet's determination of a manifest error is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the matbet Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, Player Account level, and promotional period.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, matbet's server records will be used to determine the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error, the stake will be returned to your Account. matbet is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
Sports betting markets on matbet are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and competition. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. For PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and esports markets, settlement rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the matbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the matbet Platform — including but not limited to the matbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of matbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the matbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, matbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you wish to self-exclude from matbet, you may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, and matbet will take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving marketing communications.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the matbet Platform and may request Account closure. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
matbet operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by matbet may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
In the event of a dispute between you and matbet, you agree to first contact matbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. matbet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
